Are you eating too much? Portion management is one of the key elements of a successful weight loss program. Try to avoids seconds and opt for no dessert or a thin slice of cake or pie.
Are you eating the right foods? Cutting down of food high in fats and processed carbohydrates will help jump start your weight loss.
Are you eating your Veggies? Yes your mom was right you really do need to eat your fruits and vegetables. According to the latest studies you should have 4 - 5 fruits and vegetables throughout the day.
Are you Thirsty? Yes you’ve heard it before drinking water can help you lose weight. Try to come as close as you can to 8 glasses day.
Is your Weight Loss Goal Realistic? Are you expecting too much too soon? Most health experts feel that 1-2 pounds a week is a safe goal. Trying to lose too much to quickly can cause serious health problems.
