- Controls – Layout of controls, are the screens intuitive and easy to read while you would be using the treadmill? Can you access and change the controls while you are using the treadmill?
- Safety – Safety concerns, is there an emergency stop key or button? Can the machine be locked out to prevent children from turning it on?
- Power of the machine – check the horsepower of the motor. More horsepower requires less labor on the motor resulting in a smoother workout session.
