The Core Secrets Workout DVD is a complete fitness program distributed by Guthy Renker. The exercise program is led by celebrity fitness instructor Gunner Peterson and features celebrities Brooke Burke and Nick Lachey. This video comes in a few different packages but all include the inflatable fitness ball. The ball does take some getting used but is manageable. This video is pretty light on the high energy dance type aerobics moves making it a perfect choice for people who don’t have a lot of experience with exercise videos.
